PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE | AUTONOMOUS BOUGAINVILLE GOVERNMENT

The Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG), through the Bougainville Supply & Tenders Board, invites qualified local and international ICT consultancy firms to submit proposals for the ABG Office 365 Cloud Email Migration & AWS Cloud Testing Sandbox Project.

Aligned with the Digital Transformation Roadmap 2025–2030, this initiative will strengthen digital infrastructure, cybersecurity and institutional ICT capacity as Bougainville advances its self-government and independence readiness.

Project Scope:

• Migration of 100 government email accounts to Microsoft 365
• AWS Cloud Testing Sandbox
• Cybersecurity and data governance
• ICT staff training and technical support
• Tender: ABG-BSTB-ICT-MS365-2026
• Closing: 27 October 2026, 5 PM BST
• Fee: K100 (non-refundable)
