Call for bids: Upgrading and sealing of the roads from Pitono to Kesa, Tegese Road, Pisibelo Road
The Bougainville Supply and Tenders Board (BSTB) on behalf of the Autonomous Bougainville Government invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidder for the upgrading and sealing of a 14.70 kilometre Pitono to Kesa, 2.30 kilometre Tegese Road at Lontis Junction and 2.70 kilometre Pisibelo Road Section of the Buka Island Ring Road project, in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville.
The development objective of Market Access Infrastructure would be to improve the livelihoods of the smallholder cocoa and copra producers in a sustainable manner by improving trafficability and establish maintenance process for roads serving groups of farmers and communities serviced by the project.
Contracts will be managed in accordance with the Department of Works & Highways Procurement Guidelines, Standards and Specifications. Eligible contractors will be required to have completed contracts equivalent to 80 % of the cost estimate of the contracts being tendered in the past three (3) years.

Instruction To Bidders:
Interested Bidders must arrange with their Agent (s) or a courier firm of their choise to pick up the Tender Documents and similar arrangements must be done for the lodgement of their bid (s).
Bidders must clearly address the outside envelope containing their bid(s) with the address as indicated above in the Delivery Place and marked with the Tender Number, description of the Project closing date and time.
The Bougainville Supply and Tenders Board will not be liable for any mishandling.
